This is my 6th month visiting Lumi clinic - definitely one of the best clinic I've been!💆🏻‍♀️ Facial - Pickey (Beautician)I have been with her for the past 4 years and never go back – she is one of the most patient, meticulous and professional beautician! Her bubbly and fun-loving personality also makes the experience very pleasant and comforting!✨Pico laser & skin tag removal - Dr KohUnlike other clinics, Dr Koh does not hard-sell his patients with expensive packages, but he genuinely listens and understands his patient’s needs /concerns during consultation and curate a best treatment plan based on his patient’s condition.He is very professional, friendly and warm. This is my 5th time doing picolaser with him and my skin is much clearer, brighter and glowy! Also did skin tag removal which resulted to a smoother skin!Overall, very satisfied with the experience, the other team members – Koko & Iris are very friendly too! My second visit here and it was just as good as the first time! Came to do my facial (includes hydration and extraction) and Gin did such a clean and thorough job. Her face and shoulder massages are also the best. Also did PRP and Pico Laser here once with Dr Koh and had no side effects. My skin was glowing after the expected downtime! Highly recommend thank you!

Professional, friendly and accommodating. The doctor has a keen eye for beauty and aesthetics and is able to formulate a comprehensive treatment plan according to your expectations.it is also certified as safety is important.The treatment room is confortable and the staff are friendly.I like that it feels more like a relaxing spa so that reduces a lot of anxiety.Procedure was pain free.
